The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Kongsi app:
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, contact us:
Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Email support@kongsi.aiWe will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Note: Shared group data and receipts created by other members will remain accessible to those group members for their records.
